Required Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on leader experience leading large, high-performing teams
- Background leading large retail teams (30+ minimum)
- Previous experience in a senior retail management role leading a large successful team
- Flexibility to work across span of hours
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of a variety of Retail Operations
- Previous experience working to KPIs and budgets
- Demonstrated people leadership and safety management
