Job Summary
Store Business Manager at Officeworks Taren Point Leads a 30+ member retail team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities include coaching and development, training in safety, leading from the front on workplace health and safety, driving store operations to maximise sales and profit within budget, and ensuring effective management of store performance. Requires senior retail management experience, ability to motivate and develop staff, strong understanding of retail operations, KPI and budget accountability, and flexible hours.
