Job Summary
Lead store operations as Brand Manager for Stanton Optical in Selma, TX. Responsibilities include directing talent acquisition and development, partnering with Clinical services, analyzing sales and performance reports to ensure goals are met, coordinating with the Support Center and Human Resources, executing simple customer lens repairs and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of eyeglasses, maintaining brand standards in the lab area, and tracking delivery commitments to patients. Requires an associates degree or 2 years of store management experience; ABO/NCLE certification is preferred with a commitment to obtain within the first year. Candidate should demonstrate leadership, strong communication, multitasking, and HR/process knowledge, along with flexibility in scheduling and a passion for outstanding customer/patient care.
Required Qualifications
- associates degree or 2 years store management experience
- valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law is preferred (must be willing to earn within first year)
- strong leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- effective communication with diverse groups
- ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs in a team environment
- knowledge of talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes
