Job Summary
Lead store talent acquisition and development through direct recruiting, training new associates, and creating ongoing growth plans. Build strong partnerships with clinical services, the Support Center, and Human Resources while analyzing daily through quarterly reports to ensure staff meets desired goals. Execute customer repairs, assemble lenses, and manage lab standards to ensure accurate, on-time eyewear delivery and 100% compliance with service commitments. Communicate effectively with diverse groups and handle equipment malfunctions or incomplete orders as needed. Requires an associate's degree or two years of store management experience, valid ABO/NCLE certification within the first year, and demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment. Schedule flexibility is required as hours are determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience
- Valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law
- Willingness to earn certification within the first year of employment
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast paced retail environment
- Skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- Knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes
- Schedule flexibility
