Store (Brand) Manager

Job Summary
Lead store talent acquisition and development through direct recruiting, training new associates, and creating ongoing growth plans. Build strong partnerships with Clinical services, the Support Center, and Human Resources while analyzing daily through quarterly reports to ensure staff meet desired goals. Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses, and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Maintain brand standards in the lab area, notify management of equipment issues, and track delivery time commitments to ensure 100% compliance with Now Service and Ready When Promised deadlines. Schedule flexibility is required as hours are determined by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- associates degree or 2 years of store management experience
- demonstrated leadership ability with at least three years of experience in a fast paced retail environment
- skills necessary to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people
- ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment
- knowledgeable on talent acquisition, talent development and HR processes
- schedule flexibility
- knowledgeable about MS Word, Google Docs, etc
Desired Qualifications
- valid ABO/NCLE Certification as required by state law
- Optical experience
