Job Summary
Store Bookkeeper at Town Pump responsible for assisting the store manager with accounting decisions, office procedures, vendor invoicing, data entry, cash handling, and inventory controls. Duties include maintaining store cash funds, auditing shift reports, completing accounts receivable transactions, processing store paperwork, entering purchases and sales in the computer, balancing records, payroll timecards, and ensuring security of store assets.
