Job Summary
Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees, including Assistant Managers and Customer Service Representatives, by recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling staff to maximize customer service. Manage store operations by ensuring cleanliness, proper stocking, and adherence to company standards while developing positive relationships with suppliers. Analyze daily sales and expense data to maximize net profits, manage P&L budgets, and safeguard all cash and inventory. Conduct regular performance appraisals in Workday, train employees on safety and cash awareness, and resolve customer complaints promptly. Work 50 hours weekly across all shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a salary range of $21.46 to $24.79.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
- Ability to be exposed to cold or warm temperature extremes
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds from ground to waist
- Ability to grasp, reach and manipulate objects with hands
- Ability to push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
- Ability to reach overhead for objects
- Ability to bend and twist at waist
- Ability to communicate orally
- Ability to operate a cash register and/or computer keyboard
