Job Summary
Circle K store manager role overseeing a team of 2+ full-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance feedback; ensures customer service excellence, store image, safety awareness, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards; responsible for merchandising, cash handling, report preparation, and maintaining regulatory posters; performs duties related to staffing, training, and communications, with a strong emphasis on leadership, problem-solving, and operational efficiency in a high-volume retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years retail work experience or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Ability to work 50 hours per week
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to use computer and analyze reports (e.g., inventory, cash control)
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) in English
- Food Server certificate (e.g. ServSafe) and Food Safety Management certification may be required
