Job Summary
Goodwill store associate providing excellent customer service while performing a variety of duties to support store operations. Responsibilities include distributing inventory from back room to the sales floor, stocking merchandise, adhering to policies, cash handling procedures, assisting donors/customers, loading/unloading trucks, maintaining store housekeeping, and participating in safety trainings. Roles involve cross-training in all work areas and opportunities for advancement; starting pay is $13.00 per hour. The position requires punctual attendance, attention to detail, basic math, and strong interpersonal skills to work with a wide range of people in a climate-controlled retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Prior customer service experience, preferred
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language
