Job Summary
Greet and assist donors and customers while directing complaints to management, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Distribute inventory from the back room to sales floor areas, stocking merchandise to maintain presentation. Perform general sales floor and production duties, including loading and unloading trucks, adhering to cash handling and safety procedures. Maintain store housekeeping standards and cross-train across all work areas as assigned. Work part-time during operating hours, which may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, read and write the English language
- Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds, or more with assistance
- Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations
- Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Prior customer service experience, preferred
- Desire to provide excellent customer service
