Job Summary
Store Associate position at Goodwill in Norman, OK. Provide excellent customer service while performing store operations, including stocking, processing donations, cash handling, assisting donors/customers, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Cross-train across all store areas, follow policies and procedures, and participate in safety trainings. Must be punctual, dependable, and able to multi-task with basic math and strong interpersonal skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, preferred
- Prior customer service experience, preferred
