Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery, merchandising procedures, and shrink reduction goals. Participate in safety awareness and accept constructive feedback as needed. Maintain organizational cleanliness throughout the sales floor and entire store. This role supports the global HomeGoods brand within TJX Companies, a Fortune 100 off-price retailer. Candidates possess excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. A flexible schedule is required to support business needs.
