Job Summary
As a Store Associate at TJX Companies, you will deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean and organized store. Responsibilities include ringing customer purchases, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and participating in store recovery. You must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work a flexible schedule, and have strong communication and organizational skills. Some retail experience is preferred.
