Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and resolve issues while completing accurate transactions at the cash register. Restock shelves, organize supply rooms, and perform inventory duties including unloading and scanning products. Maintain a safe, clean environment by adhering to all procedures and regulations. Operate the point-of-sale system and multitask in a fast-paced retail setting. This role supports the Store Manager and serves the Fabric/Crafts Department at our Altoona, PA location.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Successful completion of job training period
