Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by ensuring exemplary service, maintaining high store appearance standards, and driving sales through product knowledge and market trend awareness. Perform day-to-day retail operations including inventory management, cash management, and accurate sales transactions while communicating consistently with Distributor Sales Consultants to meet goals. Balance the cash drawer daily and process returns and discounts in alignment with company policy. Work a flexible schedule including Saturdays as needed, standing and walking for eight hours while lifting up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- You possess a cheerful working attitude
- You have prior retail sales experience
- You work well independently and with others
- You thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- You enjoy problem solving
- You are familiar with POS (point of sale) systems and can learn new technologies
- You can work a flexible schedule including Saturdays if needed
- You have reliable transportation
- Stand and walk for 8 hours per day
- Lift up to 30 pounds
