Store Associate

Store Associates deliver exceptional customer experiences through partnership with the Store Manager and team in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include day-to-day store operations, inventory management, cash handling, processing returns and discounts per policy, maintaining store appearance and merchandising, participating in product knowledge training, communicating with area DSCs to meet sales goals, and driving sales through product recommendations and customer engagement. Proficiency with POS systems, ability to work a flexible schedule (including Saturdays), and reliable transportation are preferred.
