Job Summary
Store Associate delivers exceptional customer experiences by partnering with the Store Manager and team to drive sales and uphold high retail standards. Responsibilities include daily operations of a retail store (inventory management, cash handling, returns and discounts), coordinating with area DSCs to meet sales goals, participating in product knowledge trainings, merchandising and store appearance, and utilizing POS systems to complete transactions. Candidates should have a cheerful attitude, prior retail or customer service experience, a passion for the beauty industry, the ability to work independently and with others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving skills, and reliable transportation; able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Retail and/or customer service experience preferred
- Familiar with POS systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
