Store Associate

Store Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties include daily store operations (inventory management, cash handling, returns/discount processing), maintaining merchandising and store appearance, collaborating with the Store Manager and Distributor Sales Consultants, participating in product knowledge trainings, meeting sales goals, and providing excellent service to customers. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays, be familiar with POS systems, and have a high school diploma with retail or customer service experience preferred.
