Job Summary
Conduct daily retail operations by engaging with wholesale and retail customers to determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend appropriate solutions. Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while maintaining high visual standards for store merchandise and product quality. Achieve excellent customer service metrics and consistently meet store sales goals through direct contact and product knowledge. This role requires a criminal history review to protect business operations and customer safety.
