Job Summary
Determine customer needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions while promptly resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction. Maintain high visual standards for merchandise and stay current with product features. Achieve excellent customer service and consistently meet sales goals. This role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information. A criminal history review is required to protect business operations and customer safety.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at Store #1757, located at: 4499 Ivanrest Avenue SW Grandville MI, 49418.
- Must be able to work with wholesale and retail customers.
- Must be able to answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products.
- Must be able to recommend the right solutions.
- Must be able to promptly resolve customer concerns.
- Must be able to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Must be able to stay up-to-date with product features.
- Must be able to maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
- Must be able to achieve excellent customer service.
- Must be able to consistently meet the store's sales goals.
- Must be able to have contact with customers, which may include minors.
- Must be able to have access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, supervised or unsupervised.
- Must be able to undergo a review of criminal history.
