Job Summary
Answer customer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, recommend solutions, and promptly resolve concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction. Maintain high visual standards of products and the store while staying up-to-date with product features. Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs and consistently meet sales goals. This role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information. A criminal history review is required for this position.
Required Qualifications
