Job Summary
Determine customer needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions for wholesale and retail clients. Promptly resolve customer concerns and maintain high visual standards of products and store displays. Achieve excellent customer service while consistently meeting sales goals. This role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information. A criminal history review is required to protect business operations and customer safety.
