Determine customer needs, answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend appropriate solutions while promptly resolving concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Maintain high visual standards of products and the store, stay up-to-date with product features, and consistently meet sales goals through excellent customer service. This role requires contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information, necessitating a criminal history review to protect business operations and public safety.
