Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions at Store #1127 in Elizabethtown KY, addressing product inquiries and recommending solutions for wholesale and retail clients. Promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction while maintaining high visual standards and up-to-date knowledge of Sherwin-Williams product features. Achieve store sales goals through direct engagement and manage access to cash, electronic equipment, and personal information under supervision. This role requires a criminal history review due to contact with minors and handling of sensitive data.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at Store #1127, located at: 2101 N Dixie Hwy Ste 104 Elizabethtown KY, 42701.
- Must be able to work with wholesale and retail customers.
- Must be able to answer questions about Sherwin-Williams products.
- Must be able to recommend the right solutions.
- Must be able to promptly resolve any customer concerns.
