Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and customer service by assisting clients with battery and light bulb purchases, answering phones, and upselling products. Perform phone and device repairs, including replacing batteries in cell phones and watches, while receiving, packing, and shipping devices. Maintain store inventory by stocking shelves and ensuring proper appearance and cleanliness. Work full 38-40 hours across five days, with flexible schedules accommodating student needs. Complete Phone Repair certifications to reach the $14.50 hourly rate, earning additional income through daily sale bonuses. Required Qualifications
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- H.S. diploma/equivalent
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new processes and technologies with minimal guidance
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to effectively manage and track multiple commitments, effectively prioritize, follow up, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills; strong customer service focus; ability to inform, teach, and train
- This position requires the employee to regularly use hands to handle or touch electronic products
- This position also requires the employee to regularly use a computer and other office equipment, as well as tools
- This position may require lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
