Job Summary
Ensure high-level customer service, accurately record transactions at electronic cash registers and self checkouts, and replenish merchandise in the checkout area. Maintain planograms, labels, and signing standards while performing cycle counts as required. Follow policies for tobacco and lottery sales, uphold health and safety guidelines, keep work areas clean, and enforce loss prevention best practices. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule mixing days, evenings, and weekends up to 24 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada and maintain authorization for the duration of employment.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 18 kg (40 lbs.).
- Ability to stand and/or walk.
- Ability to bend, twist, and squat.
- Ability to perform tasks involving firm grasping.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks requiring a range of hand motions.
- Ability to reach above shoulder height and below waist level.
- Ability to operate equipment, including using a ladder.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
