Job Summary
Provide professional, upbeat customer service and educate customers on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming salon environment and handling daily business tasks. Requires ability to work 15-30 hours per week with flexible availability including nights and weekends; minimum age 18 with reliable transportation. Prior customer service or retail/sales experience is a plus but not required; training and development offered.
