Job Summary
Provide professional, upbeat customer service and consult clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a clean, organized salon environment. Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced setting. This role requires at least 18 years of age, reliable transportation, and the ability to work 15-30 hours per week including nights and weekends. Customer service experience is preferred, with retail or sales background a plus.
