Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management. Support opening and closing activities, assist with photo and beauty departments, and help pharmacy personnel when needed. Ensure all updated services and tools are current. Work 18 weekly hours as a part-time role. Requires at least 16 years of age and physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
