Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding customer experience by executing product sales, register duties, and shop care while targeting store goals through helpful recommendations. Provide training to ensure production goals are met and support managers with visual merchandising setups and store projects. Maintain in-store compliance, loss prevention standards, and food safety protocols by following merchandising guidelines and restocking displays. This part-time role requires physical stamina to stand for long hours, lift 15-40 pounds, and move quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment. You must be reliable with scheduling, detail-oriented, and passionate about chocolate. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- Passionate about chocolate
- Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
- Physical agility and the ability to stay organized
- Ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
- Ability to lift 15-40 pounds
