Job Summary
Store Associate at Läderach responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, executing product sales and register duties, gift packaging, in-store order fulfillment, and maintaining shop and shelf care. Supports visual merchandising, adherence to food safety protocols, loss prevention standards, and training/orientation for other store associates. Expected to meet store sales goals through helpful recommendations, assist with merchandising setup, and contribute to an open, respectful team environment. Requires at least 1 year of retail experience, strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability and flexibility in scheduling, attention to detail, and a passion for chocolate. Compensation includes competitive pay and holiday pay; benefits include EAP and training opportunities. Office location in Braintree, MA with on-site work.
