Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while executing product sales, register duties, shop care, and in-shop order fulfillment. Provide training to ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects. Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations and maintain in-store compliance, loss prevention, merchandising, and food safety protocols. Assist with visual merchandising set-up and other store-related projects. This role requires at least one year of retail sales experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to stand for long hours while lifting 15-40 pounds. Work in a dynamic environment with flexible scheduling based on store needs.
