Job Summary
Deliver an outstanding customer experience while executing product sales, register duties, and shop shelf care. Provide training to ensure production goals are met, including product-finishing projects and in-shop order fulfillment. Target store sales goals through helpful recommendations and maintain compliance with merchandising, food safety, and loss prevention standards. Assist with visual merchandising setups and support store managers with related projects. This role requires physical stamina to stand for long hours, lift 15-40 pounds, and move quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment. Candidates need at least one year of retail sales experience and strong interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
- Equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
- Quality-minded with keen attention to detail
- Passionate about chocolate
- Physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to move quickly between tasks, assist multiple customers at once, or handle unexpected changes (like restocking or re-organizing displays)
- Physical agility and the ability to stay organized
- Ability to bend, squat, or reach up high to organize or stock products
- Ability to lift 15-40 pounds
