Job Summary
Engage customers with friendly, efficient service while operating registers, processing returns, and resolving inquiries. Seamlessly transition between checkout, stocking, and specialized areas like bakery or produce to meet real-time store needs. Execute daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas, set up promotional displays, and uphold cleanliness standards across the sales floor and warehouse. Keep inventory accurate and ensure a safe environment by following all operational guidelines and safety procedures. Work closely with the team to complete daily tasks on time and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly
- Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and reach above head height (10+ inches) frequently
