Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain visual standards by restocking shelves and ensuring merchandise is displayed appealingly. Perform inventory duties including unloading, scanning, and restocking to uphold store presentation. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals while maintaining a safe, clean environment. Work Monday through Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no evening hours. Must be available for flexible weekend schedules.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to bend, reach and lift up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Successful completion of job training period
- Demonstrate leadership qualities and promote a positive, safe and clean work atmosphere

- Reading a tape measure is a plus
- General Knowledge of Fabrics and Crafts is a plus
- Knowledge of Hardware and using the Tape Measure is a plus
