Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management, and support opening and closing activities. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and ensure photo and beauty departments remain fully stocked and operational. Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs. This part-time role requires 10 weekly hours with fixed evening shifts from 4 pm to 9 pm every day, including every weekend, and demands the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
- Monday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Tuesday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Wednesday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Thursday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Friday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Saturday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Sunday: 4 pm - 9 pm
- Every weekend required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
