Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor checks, pricing updates, and inventory management. Support opening and closing activities, assist pharmacy personnel as needed, and ensure photo and beauty departments remain stocked and operational. Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours and is open to those at least 16 years old with the ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Visual Acuity - Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
