Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues while greeting customers warmly and locating items. Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks. Support opening and closing activities and assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy. Provide customer support to photo and beauty departments, ensuring they remain stocked and operational. Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs. This part-time role requires 27 weekly hours with a base pay of $15.00. Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
