Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management, and support opening/closing activities. Offer customer support across photo, beauty, and pharmacy departments, ensuring full stock and operational readiness. Work 29 weekly hours as a part-time associate, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
