Job Summary
Store Associate at CVS Health in Fernandina Beach, FL – provide differentiated customer service, greet customers warmly, assist with locating items, process cash/credit transactions accurately, maintain shelves and inventory, support opening/closing tasks, assist multiple departments including pharmacy and beauty/photo, promote CVS services and loyalty programs, and uphold safety and quality standards in a busy retail setting. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, and negligible force to move objects
- Visual Acuity to perform duties such as reading a computer terminal and inspecting items
- Ability to perform cashier duties, handle cash, checks and credit card transactions
- Ability to restock shelves, manage inventory, and update pricing as directed by store manager
- Ability to work opening and closing store activities and support departments including pharmacy when needed
- Ability to maintain a customer-focused service mindset and provide assistance in multiple departments as needed
