Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor checks, pricing updates, and inventory management. Support opening and closing activities, assist pharmacy personnel during shifts, and ensure photo and beauty departments remain stocked and operational. Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs to support the company's mission of simplifying healthcare. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours with flexible shifts from 2 pm to 9 pm, Monday through Saturday, and every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
- Every other weekend required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
