Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service and assist customers across departments in a CVS Health retail environment. Responsibilities include cashier duties and cash handling, restocking shelves, updating pricing, assisting with inventory tasks, and supporting opening/closing store activities. Collaborate with pharmacy personnel when needed and help customers with health-related services and loyalty programs. Demonstrate compassion, maintain a welcoming store atmosphere, and work both independently and as part of a team to positively impact customers’ health journeys. Strong communication, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs are typical requirements. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and a customer-first approach in a high-volume retail setting.
Required Qualifications
