Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and resolving service issues while handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory management tasks. Support opening and closing store activities and assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy. Ensure photo and beauty departments remain fully stocked and operational. Anticipate customer needs and actively identify potential service issues. This part-time role requires 18 weekly hours and offers a base hourly rate of $15.00 to $19.00. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and possess close visual acuity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
