Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash and credit transactions. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, and updating pricing, then support all departments including photo and beauty to ensure they remain fully stocked. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and advocate for new loyalty programs. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours with flexible shifts from 8 am to 10 pm, every day including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
- Every weekend required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
