Job Summary
Store Associate at CVS Health supporting a retail environment with customer-focused service, cashier duties, merchandise stocking, inventory management, and collaboration with pharmacy and beauty departments. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with locating items, handling transactions, restocking and pricing updates, supporting opening/closing activities, and promoting CVS services and loyalty programs. Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet for extended periods
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently
- Visual acuity for computer terminals and reading
- Ability to perform cashier duties including cash, checks, and credit card transactions
- Ability to restock shelves and manage inventory as directed by store manager
- Willingness to work regular shifts in the pharmacy as part of growth opportunities
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred but not required
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
