Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues. Perform cashier duties with precision while maintaining the sales floor through restocking, vendor checks, and inventory management. Support opening and closing activities and assist pharmacy personnel, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy. Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion, and actively identify service issues. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks. Provide customer support to photo and beauty departments, ensuring they remain fully stocked and operational. Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
