Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by greeting warmly, anticipating needs, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management, and support opening and closing activities. Offer customer support across all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they remain fully stocked and operational. Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy. This part-time role requires 24 hours per week, with a shift from 10 PM to 7 AM. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and possess close visual acuity.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
