Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, greeting warmly, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor checks, pricing updates, and inventory management, and support opening/closing activities. Offer customer support across photo, beauty, and pharmacy departments, assisting pharmacy personnel as needed. Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs. Requires at least 16 years of age, close visual acuity, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally. Full-time role with 30 weekly hours at $15.00–$22.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
