Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by greeting warmly, maintaining eye contact, and resolving service issues while accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor through restocking, vendor check-ins, pricing updates, and inventory management, and support opening and closing store activities. Offer assistance across all departments, including photo and beauty, and assist pharmacy personnel as needed. Anticipate customer needs, identify potential service issues, and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs. This part-time role requires 20 weekly hours and involves lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Visual Acuity - Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting
- High School diploma or equivalent
