Job Summary
Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving service issues through warm greetings, eye contact, and helpful item location. Accurately perform cashier duties handling cash, checks, and credit cards while maintaining sales floors via restocking, vendor checks, pricing updates, and inventory management. Support opening and closing activities, assist pharmacy personnel during shifts, and ensure photo and beauty departments remain stocked and operational. Embrace new CVS services and loyalty programs. Requires at least 16 years of age, ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally, and close visual acuity. Part-time role with 29 weekly hours at $15.00–$18.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time
- Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force regularly to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting
- Visual Acuity - Having close visual acuity to perform activities such as: viewing a computer terminal, reading, visual inspection involving small parts/details
